The hotel boasts a central location right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Pucón. Our room was well-equipped with a private safe, central heating, and an ironing set. the clean bathroom featured a lovely bath that added to our enjoyable stay.

Perfect 10/10 stay, as always. Modern fairly clean hotel and staff was extremely friendly. Great location in the middle of jackson, and 15 min walking distance to Playa Grande. Adjacent to the centre of town, and Pucón. The rooms with Netflix and a nice balcony, for instance. A wide array of food available in the garden😃

This hotel is a hidden gem near the centre of town. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was small but comfortable, and we loved having a lovely balcony to relax on. The breakfast spread was simple but delicious, especially the homemade bread. Plus, having Netflix on demand was a great bonus on rainy days.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Pucon. the location was spot on - close enough to be in the centre of everything but far enough to be peaceful. Secondly, the staff were absolutely lovely - always friendly and helpful. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable and had a lovely balcony. And lastly, the breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade bread. All in all, it was a great value for money experience.

There was one minor aspect that could have been improved - it would have been nice to have more than one towel hook or towel bar in the bathroom. But this was such a small issue and didn't detract from the overall quality of my stay.

The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options for everyone. the staff was very friendly and kind, and even helped us organize our day trips. the location was perfect for exploring the area and we enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden area.
